Warranty & Services:

Constantly improve the quality of products and services, and make the following commitments:

1. All products before delivery have passed 2 times 100% full quantity QC test to ensure highest quality;

2. We guarantee the finished products before delivery will not have any software & hardware problem;

3. For all our products we offer 24 months warranty since the date of delivery;

4. In warranty period, any products problem if not caused by personal reasons. We support in these ways:
A: Client self confirmed which less value component should be replaced. We will free replace with next order; If need ship separately. The client needs to pay the shipping cost;
B: Client self confirmed which high value component should be replaced. We will free replace with next order, If need ship separately. The client needs to pay the shipping cost; And the faulty component should be returned to us; Clients pay returning cost;
C: If clients cannot judge which component need to be replaced. Can return back whole device, after we received we will make free repair or replace; And send back to client with new order; If need ship separately. The client needs to pay the shipping cost;

Return Policy：

1. We provide 7 days unconditional return policy. For return please make a request to our company within 7
days after you received the goods, overdue time will not be acceptable;

2. Damage caused by personal reasons(such as mal-operation, dismantle without our permission etc)
will not accept returns;

3. For returns, please ensure that the package, products, labels etc all remain in good original situation.
Does not affect the secondary sales;

4. For returning shipping cost to China, Client needs to pay;
